It means more than one person knows your timeline. It means the artist doing your mother's hair has worked a hundred mornings with the artist doing yours. It means if anything shifts, and something always shifts. There's someone to absorb it.

The work still has to be right. We're not covering you up or turning you into someone else. The goal is that your husband recognizes you walking down the aisle, that it holds for fourteen hours, and that it still looks like you at midnight.

Every artist here was hired one at a time, and they've all worked our weddings.
